REGISTRATION OPTIONS

The conference will take place in virtual mode (on-line participation).

Please refer to the "Online" case in the tables below. This registration format will include:

1. live participation in videoconference
2. presentation during sessions for authors of selected papers (recorded video)
3. making available on the website a short recorded video presenting selected posters, that will also allow to compete for the “best poster” award
4. ISI-indexed proceedings
5. access to posters
6. access to recorded oral presentations
7. access to short recorded videos presenting posters

If you are not able to participate due to the shift of date from June to December you still have the possibility for your paper to be included in the proceedings (cost 80 € covering editing charges by Springer).
NB: This option does not include possibilities a. to g. above.

Most of the registered participants have already made the change for an on-line registration. We ask those that have not converted their existing on-site registration into an on-line one to do it rapidly by email to isbmlyon2020@entpe.fr. The same fee category (early bird or regular) will be maintained. Refunds (from In-person to Online) will be organized.

NB: If you do not inform us (email to isbmlyon2020@entpe.fr) by November 30^th, we will not be able to organize the necessary refunds.

* Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students must mail a proof of their student status (student ID or certificate, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as a PDF file during the registration process to isbmlyon2020@entpe.fr. Student registration will be valid only upon receipt of the proof of status.

** The organization cannot guarantee the availability of places for the gala dinner.

Cancellation conditions

All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the organizers at isbmlyon2020@entpe.fr:
- Until 30^th April 2020 11^h October 2020: full refund less € 80 administrative fee (if you have a paper accepted for the conference this fee can cover the editing charges for its inclusion in the proceedings). 
- From 1^st May 2020 12^th October 2020 or non-attendance: no refund.
